Returns and exchanges are accepted up to 30 days from the purchase date.  You must contact us prior to sending any merchandise back to receive an RMA#.  All returns must include all accessories, manuals, documentation, and original packaging that were shipped with the product.  Items must be unused and in new condition (no signs of wear or damage).  Shipping charges or shipping cost (free shipping orders) are not subject to refunds or credit.  Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the part is defective or broken.   

Only items that have been unused and in the original packing will  NOT be subject to restocking fees.  Unused items that have been opened may be sent back for a 25% restocking fee.  Any used or damaged products may not be returned.  Refunds are contingent upon inspection of items once received.    

Please note that we are not responsible for any returns that have not been received at our facility.  It is strongly recommended that your return be sent with a carrier that offers tracking and that insurance is used on high value orders.  We are not responsible for damaged or lost shipments.

We ship using the following carriers- USPS and UPS.  Shipping methods can be selected at check out.  Free shipping is offered on all non firearm orders of $19.95 or more.

Shipping Time -- Most orders will ship in 1-3 days, provided the product ordered is in stock.  Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement.

We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Centennial Defense Systems or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.

Holidays- We recognize all Federal holidays and are closed on those days.  Depending on the holiday, there may be additional days we are closed.
