Shipping And Returns

Returns
Returns and exchanges are excepted up to 30 days from the purchase date.  You must contact us prior to sending any merchandise back to receive an RMA#.  All returns must include all accessories, manuals, documentation, and original packaging that were shipped with the product.  Shipping charges or shipping cost (free shipping orders) are not subject to refunds or credit. 

Only items that have been unused and in the original packing will  NOT be subject to restocking fees.  Unused items that have been opened may be sent back for a 25% restocking fee.  Any used or damaged products may not be returned.  

Please note that we are not responsible for any returns that have not been received at our facility.  It is strongly recommended that your return be sent with a carrier that offers tracking and that insurance is used on high value orders.  We are not responsible for damaged or lost shipments.

Shipping
We ship using the following carriers- USPS and UPS.  Shipping methods can be selected at check out.  Free shipping is offered on all non firearm orders over $100.

Shipping Time -- Most orders received before 12:00PM will ship the same day, provided the product ordered is in stock. Most orders received after 12:00 PM will ship the next business day. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement.

We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Centennial Defense Systems or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.

Holidays- We recognize all Federal holidays and are closed on those days.  Depending on the holiday, there may be additional days we are closed.
